 April 08 Vancouver Island April 28 2008 Wild! If there is a description for Vancouver in April it would be wild. Many regions experienced lower than average temperatures, wind, snow and soggy days. Rivers have been in quite good shape. The Cowichan River has been flowing at a very comfortable level, yet anglers have reported mixed results. Recent reports indicate that the Cowichan River is beginning to produce reasonable fishing. ...  April 28 Steelhead Heaven April 28 2008 Attached are the last few days of Steelhead action on the local streams. After Hak performed with a 5 fish day on the Spey, so did Trevor and attached is his monster buck. After having a larger Steelhead break him off early in the day, he produced this beauty to the cameras.
